Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Snooze Police ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Snooze Police on your own Android device, for personal, non-commercial use only.

Snooze Police is built for Android and is distributed as an APK from this website. It is not available for iPhone or other platforms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

The App, including its design, code, logo, and content, is owned by Akter and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App without our written permission
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Payments on this website are processed through a secure third-party payment provider. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you purchase a subscription plan, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account portal or by contacting us.

Snooze Police is a convenience tool. We cannot guarantee that an alarm will ring in every situation — for example, a dead battery, a phone set to a restrictive power-saving mode, Do Not Disturb settings, or a system setting that blocks alarms. Do not rely on it alone for time-critical wake-ups such as flights, medication schedules, or medical needs.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, missed appointments, or other damages, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Akter harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that could harm the App or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
